ArenaPlus Sees DigiPlus Unveil PHP1B Prediction Campaign

(AsiaGameHub) –   DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has unveiled a PHP1 billion ($17.8 million) prediction initiative on its ArenaPlus platform, seeking to increase user participation within the Philippine online sports betting sector.

Debuting on March 21, the “Prediction Giveaway” utilizes a free-to-play bracket structure centered on professional basketball playoffs—representing the first time ArenaPlus has introduced a format popular in the United States to the local market.

The promotion enables participants to forecast results throughout the playoff series, maintaining interest from the opening rounds until the championship.

ArenaPlus Head Erick Su, said:

While bracket-style games are a staple in the US, this is a novel experience for the Philippines. We are eager to introduce it to the local audience.

As a free-to-play program, the campaign is intended to drive both new user sign-ups and long-term retention by providing an engaging experience that does not necessitate a monetary investment.

The firm also highlighted its commitment to responsible gaming, incorporating tools such as customizable play schedules, time restrictions, and loss limits. To maintain a “secure, transparent, and compliant environment,” all participants must undergo eKYC verification.

ArenaPlus Marketing Head Hannah Bagui noted that the platform is dedicated to enhancing the sports experience, making it both “more immersive” and “more rewarding” for its users.

This project is a component of DigiPlus’ wider objective to grow its user base through interactive, sports-oriented digital content as the Philippine online sportsbook industry becomes increasingly competitive.
